Great location nice amenities with the pools bathroom in the unit could definitely use some maintenance windows are screwed shut and no ventilation
Too far from Duval Street. You have to walk through the ghetto to get to it by foot. The small TV sucked and the remote control didn't work. The shower was just awful. The pool tile was all brown and black. The room had too many imperfections with the fine details

Location was great for walking around Key West.
Just warm water on fixed times. Couldn’t take a shower.
Toilet had to fixed, air conditioner had some trouble with but eventually started to work. Bathtub was a little high to get in and out and the jacuzzi didn’t work and it takes forever to fill. Hot water ran out a couple of times.
In order to access the property you have to travel about a mile and a half to a different location to pick up a key. The hours are not convenient for a traveler coming in at off hours. It would be nice to have a keypad with a code. The paint is chipping and furniture dated. I slept on the couch because the bed was so hard.
I loved that the room was separate from the main living area.

We regret and apologize for your disappointment. Although 10 blocks from Duval, you are still downtown. Not sure what occurred with the TV but we will check the remote along with maintenance addressing the pool tile.We do hope you enjoyed some aspects of Key West.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience. The jacuzzi tubs are not working any longer and are being removed as we renovate the bathrooms. Although we longer advertise this amenity, it can be confusing when you see it in the room. Take care and hope to see you again.

Hi, I am sorry we did not fully meet your expectations. Yes, Colors on White is located away from the check in location but honestly this is .7 miles away or about 10 blocks. It is still located in the downtown district. Our office hours are 8am-9pm and arrangements are always made for late arrivals.
