I find it odd for the caliber hotel the Carnegie wants to be that there is no assistance offered or considered w the loading & unloading of luggage upon arrival & departure. The restaurant & bar is a lovely & comfortable place to sit & relax yet the hours of operation are very limited. I called for room service & the staff said it’s 3 mins til 5pm I can’t put your order in yet even though she did take it. Then it took over 45 mins for a salad, an appetizer, a dessert & a glass of ice to arrive. I also should not be able to hear the hallway music inside my room.
