My bathroom had someone else’s hair on the floor, dirt, dust, a bottle cap, etc on the floor. The closet’s bottom 2 shelves were covered in dust. Asked to have it cleaned next day. Arrived back to find they’d only dusted the closet shelves. Firmly complained and requested the clean it next day. Got home and thry’d half-heartedly swept but not mopped. The left the new tissue box atop the dispenser rather than in it, and the trash can on top of the sink. They removed the liners from two trash cans and find my replace, and they never touched the coffee machine or replenished it. Totally laissez-faire (and possibly even hostile) about cleanliness. Never will return.

60 yrs old, first time in my life ever writing a review for anything. Front desk guy was nice and accommodating. Rooms were bad, bathrooms terrible. Bathtubs must have been sprayed with coating to look new, they were peeling/chipping. Where wall tile meets tub, should be grouted, instead caulked and very moldy. Walls peeling from moisture, etc. Bathroom was just gross.
When I pay over $600 for two nights, I expect a well-kept room and maybe a breakfast. The halls were dark and very old carpeting. The elevator was definitely not up to code. Busted buttons with tape covering them. My room was large, but the bath was filled with mold and the ceiling cracked and hanging open from water damage. The best part of the stay was that they had nice bath towels. The pictures were very deceiving and certainly not current. I would have moved to another hotel if one had been available.

PRO: For our purposes this was a convenient choice. We were artists exhibiting with ArtPRIZE. This hotel had free, easily accessed parking and was close to main source street. I also like that there was a Starbucks coffee bar available in the a.m. CON: I did not like that there was no regular maid service. I had to request towels would be brought when I signed in. In the three days we were there no toiletries were replenished. There was only one tiny little soap, and even that was not replaced during the three days. My husband thought the bathroom wasn't clean enough so we bought disinfectant the first day. The next day we shopped again for our own bar of soap and body lotion. Little things mean a lot to the weary traveler. I'm old-school. I remember when a hotel stay included having your bed made. Alas.

Place smelled of curry everywhere because of the "Restaurant". I was on the 6th floor and ants smothered the food i bought. The chairs had some interesting stains.

The restaurant was awful, only Indian cuisine to choose from. Waitress not very helpful. Short staffed one cook waited 45 minutes after closing but served our meal. All three people had stomach problems that night.
The beds were comfy and that's about all I can say for the hotel. The facility seems worn down. There was trash in common areas. We ordered some food for delivery and left it on the table unopened after eating and it was completely covered in ants. Staff did not care when they were informed. Walls were pretty thin as well so could hear quite a bit from other guests.
