Dirty and old the door to our room wouldn’t close and there was no hot water.
Da Jacuzzi rooms were nice as they were in an off room. However we had a fake eyelash on our floor not from us. Also we reserved a king bed room, but was placed in a double queen. Thought maybe with the change in rooms a little discount would have been nice since it wasnt what we reserved and waited until we drove all the way there to tell us a room/bed change. Like we were going to drive all the way home making us stuck.

The hot tub area was so fabulous! We loved how big the tub was and how it had its own private area but still had a tv, that’s important. Lol Bed was huge and we definitely put the microwave to use 😁
Unfortunately my toilet overflowed, staff open your door while your sleep, outlets don’t work, it’s been a horrible stay .
Having to pay for a shuttle for the price I paid to say at a hotel we can even see out the windows they are all taped off. I’m not happy and will be calling customer service

Very nice hotel. Clean place and great breakfast. The room was comfortable, the new bed was a bit firm for us. Overall... very good.
This is a fine hotel for a quick overnight by the airport. I didnt love the area and it felt outdated, but it was relatively clean. Breakfast area looked nice, and it's next to a sports bar, that we didn't go to. Beds were clean and comfortable. It's what I would call "just fine" place, and the rate is perfect for "just fine."
They didn’t charge the sheets and the pillows and they didn’t clean the room at all when we arrived at the hotel
Very disappointing. This hotel is very rundown and nothing like the photos. Overgrown weeds in the parking lot and people loitering in front of the parking lot.
Booked a room with a kitchenette area bt it did not have one and stayed there a whole week and they did not change our bed sheets one time.Only gave us towels when needed.
My second stay in the same week and a better room this time.
