The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable. Having a coffee maker, a fridge and iron available in the room is very considerate. The restaurant opened until 11 pm is a great thing for travelers.
Loved that they picked you up from the airport and dropped you off 24/7 The beds were very comfortable! The mexican diningroom had great food.
Nice room and view
Property was clean and met every expectation but you have to call into a Customer Service line to reach the front desk and that resulted in long hold times. Our flight was delayed so I called the direct number listed so that we could make sure they held our room since our arrival would be much later. After 5 mins in a call queue we finally got a customer service rep who then put us on hold while he got in touch with the front desk staff. We were on hold for over 35 mins. Once we landed we had to call the same number to get a shuttle from the airport and we were put on hold once again for about 15 mins and then had to wait another almost 17 min for the shuttle at 1:30am.The shuttle wait was fine, but the long waits on hold to request check in changes, to get information and to request a shuttle was annoying. I have never experienced that at any other hotel or any other Crowne Plaza. There was also construction outside our window that was fairly noisy early in the morning but I get that is out of their control. Restaurant was great, staff was great and very accommodating onsite and the shuttle drivers were great and very knowledgeable about where we needed to go for our Disney Cruise and what time we should arrive there based on our boarding times.

AC wasn't working when we got to the room and the unit had to be replaced. Very warm over an hour.
