The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the beach. There was NO WIFI or cell service in the room. When I asked about WIFI I was told twice they might have to "reset it" but no one actually resolved the issue.
Were pleasantly surprised to have a separate bedroom and sitting area and a kitchen. Had thought it was just a standard room. Need more chairs and lounges at the pool.

Good view, on a quiet part of the A1A, staff is great, no children running the halls making noise. I’ll definitely be going back. Don’t waste your time at the restaurant there. Take and Uber to town for dinner.

This hotel was a small but well kept. Beautiful pool, great restaurant, and friendly staff - all right on the beach!
The staff was friendly. Pool was not heated like I was told. The issues I had with the room was not addressed. The sliding glass door would not close. Had to sleep with the door open. The phone didn’t work. Needs updates. But overall it was clean and the location was fine. Very convenient having a restaurant right down stairs.
Every staff member we met was very warm and friendly. The only thing I didn't like is that there are NO towel bars or hooks, small thing but, oh so useful.
Great beach location. On site resturaunt had terrific service & food. Hotel room had nice set up. However, the pillows were like rocks and never had a hot shower for my 5 day stay. Mentioned it at checkout, but the staff didn't even apologize or seem to care.
Loved how close the beach was. Loved the view from the room. Loved the setup of the King Suite. Loved the restaurant and Staff.
I messaged the hotel through the app to ask if my room was oceanfront. They replied yes however I was given a poolside room with no balcony. When I asked for another room, they said they gave all the ocean front rooms away. I checked in at 3:15 so not sure how that happened. The service was a bit disappointing. Not sure I’d return.
