Access to the beach, shopping, and food was great. The staff was not often in the lobby area and had to be summoned. Bar hours seemed spotty, but were great when they were open.

The Palms is close to a State park & historic homes & just a block or two from the beach. Our room was very minimal and needed another chair, small table or desk & reading light to make it comfortable. Staff was pleasant.

March 2024 Beach Trip
I liked the property, location was great to the beach and far enough away from the rowdy spring break section of the beach where you didn't notice it, but still close enough to walk if that's what you're after. The property is spread out and was quiet during our visit. The property is showing some wear, but it was a pleasant stay, no large concerns. Enjoyed how close so many restaurants were, and traffic on A1A wasn't bad compared to other beaches.
