It was the worst hotel I have ever checked into, and checked out within 30 minutes after checking 2 different rooms. Nasty, Nasty place, it stunk and was dirty.

This place was so disgusting I ended up not staying. I tried three different rooms, all were stomach-turningly filthy- fluids & pubes on the bedspreads, hair all over the floor, food crumbs in the dresser drawers. The staff didn't do anything, merely blamed it on the “new girl” and then asked me to point out all the gross parts to them. At that point, I was over it. I'm not paid to micro manager cleaning staff, if they can't tell that bodily fluids on a bedspread are unacceptable... Don't stay at this property. Sleeping in your car is better than this.

According to my wife the place was immaculately clean and my wife is a stickler for cleanthliness. Good value for money.

I wish the room came with a coffee maker.

The property looks ran down. No heat in the room. Very dirty floors. Blood on toilet seats. Door lock inside is held by a screw. Baseboard is coming off the wall. Dirty bathrooms. Dirty walls. Rust and dirty behind the toilet. Noisy all night and could not sleep. Terrible experience for the first time stying at redroof in. I arrived at midnight and i have to say im shocked of how bad the room is. Room #232 to be exact. Oh and did i mention that im itching all over my body. Maybe bed bugs. Completely unhappy and wish i can get a refund. I would have rather slept in my car.

Place was great. From the time I checked in till the time I checked out it just not have gone better

No mini frigde, wifi sucks, staff not helpful, needs upgrades, outdated a/c unit

Basic hotel with good amenities. Had free Wifi, close to many restaurants. Not too far way from Ford Museum and Greenfiled Village.

No elevator to second floor. Fridge had no freezer, yet froze my insulin. 2nd floor room for senior citizens very inconvenient; could not bring suitcases to room. However, second night, request for first floor room was honoured and that was much appreciated. Staff friendly and helpful.
