The hotel was good, relatively clean and new. However, the front desk employee was less then friendly and almost borderline rude. Our room was handicap accessible, which we did not request, and I could not get the blinds to work and was not able to turn the heat on so the room was quite chilly. The towels were ripped with holes.

The bathroom sink spigot was so close to the backside of the sink it was almost impossible to use. And housekeeping was average. Not enough toilet paper or soap left. Desk staff had very blah attitudes.

This a newer established hotel, although maintenance and daily upkeep is severally lacking. The staff is friendly, but obviously whatever is being done to prep for your visit shows a lack of integrity in their prep. There also seems to be prominent issue as mentioned with previous reviewers regarding the availability of selected room upon booking being actually available during time of check-in. Both luggage carts on the day of our arrival had respectively a flat wheel, made for navigating the cart very troublesome and dicey. We arrived on our first night to hotel with no king suites available, inquired whether that would be the case for the entirety of our stay (5 nights) associate assured me it would be ready first thing in the morning. That’s a concession for the inconvenience, the associate gave us $12 off our first night rate and handicap accessible room. So we consciously had to make an effort not to unpack all our belongings due to this matter. First room was much cleaner than second room. Fast forward next day, we leave early for activities call the hotel mid day, speak with a young lady regarding whether or not king suite is ready, she checks under availability nothing is prepared and she said housekeeping wasn’t made aware that they had to prepare a king suite for guests. Associate states she will give me a call back to let me know if this could be accommodated, no call back given I ring them close to 6p.m., another associate states room was ready for us.

Excellent stay, great hotel! That said, shower water pressure a bit low and sink faucet hard to wash hands.

That you couldn't get your room attention after 12:00PM but other that that i had no complaints

After purchasing my room through Orbitz Holiday Inn required a $100 hold on my credit card. The guy who assisted me was very nice and informative. My room 608 had to be changed to 626 due to prior guest pizza and pop left ieft in the fridge. Which should been clean out prior to any guest arrival.

New building in convenient location. Bar and restaurant are on site and there are other dining optioms minutes away,
