waited very long for front desk check in. not very polite. the place is dirty. to put it mildly. urge to check for bed bugs. shouting from room next door. might just look around for another hotel.

Hole in bathroom door, wires hanging out of ceiling. No cleaning of room ln the 3 day we were there. Key for room had to get reset ever night to get into room.

Room was not very clean. No soap. Hole in the rug. Bath still had water1/4th of tub when I arrived. Staff was not that friendly and asked for a $100 security deposit.
It was okay but need to keep program room key again and again.

very nice staff, the building it self needs remodeling , ok for one night stay in case of urgency , overpriced considering the condition .
Have stayed here multiple times and am never disappointed. Always clean, quiet and friendly staff.
I always loved this hotel when it's on sale but on this visit there were a few problems. First, the tv has few channels and Fox 2 in Detroit wouldn't come in. The other problem was the elevator, we were on the 2nd floor going to the 1st when suddenly, the elevator took us to the basement.
Had to switch rooms - no heat but staff was very helpful
Staff was very friendly at check in. Overall the rooms and condition of this hotel are average at best. I have been to many Comfort inns that were much more updated or newer than this one is. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to the morning.

I am very sorry we were not up to your standards. I will be going over these issues with my staff. Unfortunately we have a $100 security deposit for all guest.
