Pretty nice and clean Breakfast could be better Staff definitely need some training on how to be professional, efficient, welcoming and friendly. Pool 🏊♀️ should be cleaned daily but it wasn’t. Overall not too bad you get what you pay for if they price is right we’ll stay here again.
Great location allowed us to move easily between the city and our family, friends and related activities.
Proximity to Northville & Plymouth downtown. Air Conditioning not functioning properly & cleanliness definitely not worth the price.
Upon arrival there were 4 or 5 guests sitting on a flipped over shopping cart, right outside the hotel. The front desk attendant was rude. First room they gave me the lock battery was dead. The AC in the room barely worked. It was so hot to even get a decent night sleep. The pool which was supposed to be “heated” was freezing, not enjoyable whatsoever. There weren’t any towels available by pool area. The hotel lobby and breakfast area did not have air conditioning while we ate the “complementary breakfast”

It was a dirty towel under my bed and a pop bottle n a used cup under my beds during this time of year everything should be clean especially having kids with you
