Filthy, bugs, noisey, the door wouldn't even latch.
The room was not good for the price that they want for it the tub was discussed. The chair was mass up

To start off the door to the room would not close unless you slammed it. There were holes all around the room in the walls. The floor was filthy and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. The beds were full sized but had king size fitted sheets on them. There was take out left in the mini fridge from the person before us. The phone was underneath the tv stand next to someones socks (not ours) There were only two towels in our room (4 people staying in it). When we asked for more we were given a hard time. The pillows were so thin you had to triple them to get any comfort.(again we were refused any more). The first clue should have been the sign at the front desk that said no refunds after 15 minutes. Most people staying there besides us looked like they lived there.
We have visited this hotel on several occasions. It well worth the money and you get just what you pay for. It's not the best and it's not the worst. But if you just need a piece of mind in a not so expensive place, that does not look like a hole in the wall. I would say they are a safe bet.
It was worth the money we paid for it. We enjoyed our stay. Could have used a few more towels & offered some type of bubbles for the in room jacuzzi.

Very disappointing experience. Stayed three days--the phone never worked, TV remote did not work, toilet was stopped up. Could not reach the front desk because their phone was not working.
I dont even know where to start! my stay there was horrible, room was dirty, there were gnats flying around water stop working (that means no flushing toilet)!! I left shortly after i checked in, but longer than 15 minutes so the desk person said that they couldnt refund my money, he said his name was MOE, very rude, horrible customer service skills, argued with me because i said the place and the policy was rediculous. He told me in a very rude tone, "you booked through _ _ _ _ _ Z, so get your money back from them" NEVER AGAIN!!!
There was no pool, the bed was like sleeping on the floor, they had a sign posted thet they had weekley rates of 119.00 per week,more then double what we paid. when they cleaned the room they didn't empty the trash. The drive was full of pot holes.
This hotel was not clean! When I arrived, I pulled the covers back and found several hairs in the bed. As I pulled up the mattress, I found a lot of dirt and dead bugs. After I washed my hands, I found a flea on the soap I had just used. The room next to mine had a door that wouldn't shut. The people had to SLAM it 3 or 4 times before it would shut! I will NOT stay there ever again!
