Our room was dirty so we had to go back down and get a different room, but once we got settled it was nice. Good location, nice staff. Had our room not been trashed when we got there I would’ve given 5 stars
First impression was very good. Front desk person was very personable. However upon getting to the room, there was no remote for the tv. Called down to the desk and they offed to bring one up. An hour later (11:00 pm) I was still waiting. Called again and 20 min later they brought the remote. It was then that I realized the cable had been disconnected. I fixed that with some effort. There were large black insects in the bathroom (5 th floor). Hotel looks nice and is in a great location, but for $200 a night I expect a much better experience.
We stayed at this property because it was close to my daughter's apartment in South End. Loved the modern decor and the friendly and helpful staff. Also appreciated the wine, beer and snack options in the lobby. Would definitely stay here again.
