Shower handle for hot water didn't work
Very dirty place. Cockroach in room. Side door closes to our room had a broken glass door. Pillows on bed where travel size only. Toliet takes 10 mins to fill before you can flush again. Will never stay here again
Dirty duvet, water leaking into room (#106), wet carpet, tile falling out, mold and mildew. A horrible room.

Driver was completely rude after he missed his pick up and then blamed us for not “spotting him amongst the 10 other vans there before he drove off even though we were at the right spot. In the room half the lights didn’t work, clock was unplugged and there was hair on the sink. Don’t normally complain but the two stays here this week both were poor at best..

Front desk Night staff was completely incompetent I paid for the trip with or orbits dollars, they charge my card, then told me I had to call orbits to get it credited back. I had booked the wrong day, but when I checked in they said no problem. Ridiculous
