The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They lent me a tube of glue to fasten my shoe back together after the top separated from the bottom. When I asked a room cleaner whether she had mats for the slippery bathtub, she said no but suggested we put a small towel on the bottom of the tub; it worked quite well. On the other hand, the tub bottom was dangerously slippery; it needs either a non-slip bottom or a tub mat. Moreover, the one safety grab bar in the tub enclosure didn't help much in getting in or out of the tub; another bar at either the front or back of the tub would hjelp more. Incidentally, the extremely roomy bathtub steals some room from the slightly cramped bedroom area, especially near the window, where the several pieces of furniture can be a little tricky to maneuver around. I would happily come back there if in Buffalo again.
It was nice for the night I stayed. The staff was friendly and the room was super clean. More than I expected.

The hotel was beautiful and I would go back there..My issue was with Orbitz, when I originally booked a room for two nights Orbitz booked each room individually causing me to be moved the second day to a different room,, An inconvenience!

The location was perfect for running their Marathon. The staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Every little detail catered to my stay. When I return, this will be my hotel choice!
They required that customers give them a credit card and made a $250 charge which would go away if no damage was done to the room.
