Check-in was terrible. Room keycard machine was not working so front desk staff had to escort us to our room. We could not both leave the room at the same time or else we would have to be escorted back to the room to be let in. Staff never apologized for our inconvenience, just complained on how bad her day was. Nearby rooms were noisy, probably from guests coming in late to a large concert. Front desk staff kept knocking on nearby rooms to 'check' if there was anyone already in the room when they brought of newly checked-in guest, which was annoying, especially after midnight. I have never complained about little things like towels, but they actually were VERY rough and scratchy. Overall, we won't be staying here again.

This is the first hotel that I have been to that the checkin time is after 12pm.. the checkin time was at 3pm.. not only that, but when I arrived at 3pm to checkin I was told that I have to wait another 30 minutes so that the room can be cleaned.. I expected EVERYTHING to be ready because me and my friends just came from an extremely long trip that was around 8 hours and were extremely tired.. we arrived at the hotel at 7am, and they told us that checkin is at 3pm.. it turned out that we checked in at around 3:45pm.. I am extremely disappointed with the service we received and I want something to be done about it

We arrived on a late flight but still had a 2-hour drive ahead. This hotel is right across from the airport and made the perfect place to sleep before continuing our trip. Very clean. Night and morning staff were professional and pleasant. Bed was comfortable.

Hotel was full. Could hear the person above me. A lot of activity in the hallway all night also. Woke up several times due to noise.
