Torner executive room that i paid for since day 1 the had me in a king room for 3 days; I paid forvthe executive corner suit. I had the room in the past so i know what im takking about. I think the should. Xomp me 3 night in the executive corner sweet to makevit right .

Greatest bang for your buck in Buffalo. Walking distance to so much in Buffalo. Free drinks during social hour and a free breakfast that beats all. I will stay here every time I need a room in Buffalo.

Great location, free hot breakfast with personal chef, cocktail hour. Front desk check in could be more warm and nice and notify the guest about the pool not working. We booked this hotel just for the pool to find out its not working and the front desk lady was rude about it expecting me to know that. You can make it up they for free parking or something else, local coupon or st least be kind and polite and just thank us for understanding.
Stayed here for a wedding. Room was clean and very spacious. Bed was comfortable and clean. Staff was very nice during check in and check out. My only issue was a security guard who kept checking out my wife while we were waiting for an Uber. Very rude.

The restaurant is closed. Pool is closed. There was no indication of this on their website.
I liked the valet parking, excellent helpful staff, great restaurant across the street (we went there two nights in a row b/c it was so good and so convenient. And breakfast included had a great variety of choices!
Reception was unwelcoming. I wish we had known ahead of time about the pool being closed, no breakfast being served and no managers reception. These are reason's that I booked this property.
