this hotel is under heavy renovation. Nevertheless, the pool was open and it was nice very reasonably priced close to a lot of stuff. Staff was very friendly pet friendly for a nominal charge. I stayed there for five days with my son and dog. We enjoyed it.

I booked at this hotel because they have an indoor pool. I guess I should have asked if the pool was heated. You would think the staff member that answered my call would have said, yes ma'am we have a pool but it's not heated and the pool room is not heated either. Or the staff members that told me where Walmart was because I forgot my swimsuit. I ask this question as we were checking in. They said nothing. The pool room was cold and the water was freezing cold. I called from my cellphone to ask about heat. That's when I found out it wasn't heated. So much for my son being able to swim. They do however have safe guards in place. The sign says if you need help dial 911. They have a phone in the room BUT THERE'S NO PLUG FOR IT!! The bed, hard as concrete. I'm 5'5 and I had to climb onto the bed. The sofa was dated and uncomfortable. And I hope you don't want to relax after dinner to watch a movie. Very limited access to crappy channels. On to the bath tub. Very slippery. Better hold on tight to the rails or you'll end up on your butt like my son did. Oh security. I think not. I'm a single woman with a small child and had to walk from the back of the building. The last night we were there someone was walking/running up and down the hall ALL NIGHT LONG. So to say I'm not impressed by this establishment is putting it lightly. I would NEVER recommend this place. I'd actually like a refund since the amenities I was told (several times) were available and useable weren't.

The property was older looking and was not updated. The back entrance would not lock leaving premises accessible to anyone. They did not have toiletries that most hotel have in case forgotten. For the price they charged, it was so not worth it.

The hotel room that was given to us smelled horrible. We asked for another room but they didn’t have any others available. We had to leave and find another hotel.
