Very safe, well maintained. Easy check in and parking. I was disappointed that the Horseshoe added a resort fee. Just add it to the room charge. It is in fact for the room, not the resort. Local visitors that don’t spend the night aren’t charged. Heard they just started the resort fee 2 weeks ago.

Only problem i had was the room i had 2171had an adjoining room. The problem with that was that i guess the adjoining room was used by hotel staff for what i don't know. There was constant banging, weird noises and lots of loud talking and yelling at all hours of the night and day. I was there for a poker tournament series so i was up late and up early at times and no matter what time it was i wasn't getting much sleep due to the noises. Unfortunately i do feel it affected my play although i did ok. I brought it to the attention of the front desk and recommended not to put future guests in that room due to the constant excessive noise but she didn't seem to really care. Other than that my sy would have been great.

Left my husband at front entrance (he's handicap) but disappointed the Valet parking wasn't available. Luckily I got a place not to far to walk.
