I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place. Perfect location. Front desk staff were friendly & as accommodating as they could be. FYI there is only 1 front desk staff to welcome & sign in guests, answer the phone, sell snacks & drinks & take food orders. Great place. Bad situation
