This is a convenient location, walkable, and very safe. Only complaint the doors to the room slams shut no matter how gentle you are with it. You also have to push it shut to make sure it closes.

Excellent location to Disney theme parks. Beds were decent. Staff was helpful when asked. What we did not like were, we had to chase down staff for replacing coffee/ garbage bags/ toilet paper/cups. We were told we would get housekeeping every 2nd day but never seen anyone for 4 days until we chased them down ourselves.
