Very nice place

Room was never cleaned. Had to advise front desk to clean

I liked the hotel. It was noisy all times of the day. We stayed here to visit Disneyland and surrounding areas and we would get back late, many times we found d people doing suspicious activities and just acting very weird. I wouldn’t recommend for families with little kids.

Great staff, accommodating.

Given incorrect goggle map at front desk. Stains on drapes. Noisy. Air conditioner leaked on the carpet, mold and water stains on carpet. Had to pay $5 a day for parking. No jacuzzi. Tiny pool. Amenities closed. Would not reccomend.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was excellent. This second time around however didn’t go as well as I’d hoped. The check in process was real smooth. Took the elevator to the 6th floor, keep in mind my room was a non smoking room, the hallway towards my room smelled like an ash tray. Got into my room and it was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, that first night was a total nightmare. There was continuous banging of a door or drawer or something either coming from downstairs or one of the other rooms next to me. Their walls must be so thin. The loud banging lasted all night long until I finally got tired and eventually fell asleep. We called the front desk to complain about the noise and supposedly they sent the security to talk to the people below us. After that conversation, the noises became more frequent. The security doesn’t help. The manager tried to help and apologize but that doesn’t take away from the terrible 2 sleepless nights I had. I explained to the manager that I was a healthcare worker visiting from the Bay Area and I wanted to get some downtime and rest. During checkout, I would expect to see a discounted rate on my final bill due to the terrible time I had at that hotel. Never again! Do not stay here if you want to get some sleep after a long day of walking.

The area and property are a little rundown. The room was small and cramped but the kitchenette was well equipped and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This was close and convenient to go to Disney. The kitchen allowed us the option to eat in and save cash as well. The lobby offered plenty of beverage and food options as well or the ability to order out. Its in great proximity to the Park. I loved it and the price. Still don't like being billed $17 dollars a day for parking however.

Great room, full kitchen, comfortable bed, clean, quiet, perfect. i was only there one night, but I'll definitely use them again.

Appreciated the 24-7 cupboard in the lobby. Rooms were updated

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room was large enough and had a good layout. N]

The atmosphere feels like home. My husband is very impressed with everything most specially the friendly staffs.
