The bed was very comfy. The tv was the largest I've seen in a hotel/motel/inn. The air conditioning was awkward; it was an inside unit, but you had to set it on cool or warm, so there was no just setting the temp and forgetting about it.
The bath room was nice, but the toilet was running when we entered the room, and i had to take the lid off and reset the fitting. It looked very old, and it never sealed enough to not need to refill every 20 minutes. It woke me up several times. The bathroom was also very cold, as it was in the 20s the night we stayed i believe.
The manager at check in was very nice, but it was of to need to check into a different property. I would stay again, but fix that toilet!

We came into town to visit family and it was an extremely reasonable price with a very nice facility. I love sitting by the fire in the morning having coffee with my brother and the breakfast was very good

Great location, great mountain views, close to attractions and downtown. The room was nice and accommodating. Customer service needs improvements. When we walked in the lady at the front desk did not greet us or wait on us for a few minutes (nobody else was checking in). Finally, when we got help the lady didn’t know how to check over our online reservation and yelled to the manager in the back office to come out for insistance. We would come back, but please sharpen up the customer service skills.
