We found the Pita Maya resort to be an excellent resort. The rooms were very large with a private pool. Maid service came twice a day but only changed the towels once in the four day stay. Bottled water was dropped off twice a day. The included breakfast was very good

We had a valley pool villa and it was amazing. The views from our pool were gorgeous and the room itself was just as nice. The staff were the best though and even remembered our names. A little outside from downtown ubud but they have a complimentary shuttle service that gets you downtown. Great place to stay in ubud.

We stayed 2 nights here at the end of our 3 week trip around Indonesia. We are just a couple, but was upgraded upon arrival to the 2 bedroom villa. This thing was massive and catered to our needs.
The staff was great, helping out with everything we needed. Our flight was at 10 pm and they opened up the spa for us to take a shower before our journey home, which was fantastic.
The room service wasn't very expensive (compared to other hotels), but the kitchen they had lacked any of the pots/pans even though they had a stove.
The location is a bit far, but we basically stayed 2 days in the villa so it was perfect, but if you were looking to use this as your location to explore Seminyak it is a bit of a walk to the main strip or the beach.

Beautiful and peaceful resort . We loved our villa. The villas are a must get from this resort . It is so worth it. Delicious breakfast with a breathtaking view.

This hotel was on a lovely property. The villas are quite beautiful but could be taken better care of. Staff was a bit under trained. Many of them did not speak or understand basic needs as a hotel guest. They were always buggin us to use their driver but the cost was 10 times more. We arranged our own driver which was amazing and way less. The variety of food was very minimal. Disappointed about food & drinks. No variety for breakfast. We enjoyed the scenery but they need to improve the staff in front. I do not think staff have enough experience in spa. Spa treatment was horrible. Though everyone was polite they did not know royal spa treatment.

Our honeymoon stay was the most relaxing and amazing hotel stay. The staff are so friendly, kind and inviting. They are so attentive and accommodating. We were blown away.
