it was clean and beautiful. the parking situation was lil unorganized and expensive i paid $135 for 3 days at hotel alone not including all other parking while there. they couldn't find our vehicle at one point and we missed our birthday dinner reservation and had to pay a fee per person for late arrival. they forgot to charge deposit on our room and called over n over to have us come down to pay while we were stressing to get ready for dinner already. top of the world restaurant wanted us to pay over $3k ahead of time to eat there for 10 people 6 being children. paid $200 for 5 of us to see the top of the tower. no perks for hotel guest.

The entire staff from top to bottom were incredibly nice and welcoming. Everyone says hi to you and has such a wonderful disposition. We will definitely choose this place whenever we come back.

Waterpark was a little cold for winter use. But overall, a pleasant stay.

We had problems with our check-in. We had booked this almost a year ahead. We are members of the Welk resort. Our request for 2 units next to each other was difficult to secure. Alot of run-around. Finally settled but stressful.

I really enjoyed my long weekend at the Southernmost Beach Resort. There are several pools, beaches, bars and a restaurant. My room was clean and spacious. All the staff I encountered were super friendly. Great location and easy walking distance to Duval.

The check in and check out service was slow and disorganized. The layout of the property was complicated and the route from check in to the room was convoluted. The crowd at the hotel wasn't the best in terms of noise and vibe.
