IRONMAN® vacations in Santa Cruz, CA

This is a beautiful property nestled in the Santa Cruz hills, but near downtown and the beaches. The staff and their service was the highlight of our stay.

Always one of our favorite places.

It was our first time staying in Santa Cruz. Loved the relaxed vibe of the hotel. The lounge/bar area was great for unwinding after a long day. At check in, Ethan was super friendly and welcoming! We arrived a little earlier than expected at he let us check in! Loved that! Will be returning.

Staff was very friendly. Place was very clean.

Great place. It is a shame they use plastic bottles for bath products. The bed was very comfortable.

I was really, really impressed with how clean the room was. I'm the type of person that peels back the covers and looks in all the nooks and crannies before I can get comfortable. I've waited almost a week to leave this review to make sure I was being objective. Overall, our stay was ok. There were small annoyances like a missing TV remote, very cramped parking lot, and really bright lighting coming in the bedroom all night long. My daughter found hair in her bed, which isn’t ...

Reasonable for the area

Didnt like the shady people in parking lot and lack of parking. Didnt like the front desk not being available for questions and issues such as my coffee keurig did not work but the cleaning staff did assist me and was super nice. Cant say as much for the front desk. Definately did not like last minute ...

Beds are a little hard and bathroom needs a little improvements

Extreme smell of clorox in room, had to leave the Windows open the whole time. Front desk was rude.

Cute little hotel RIGHT off the freeway (very convenient). Quick drive to UCSC and downtown. Quiet, cozy. Was confusing to find the front desk but had to walk through the outdoor patio/restaurant and there it was! Parking was easy and free!

Very friendly

It was a decent hotel for a couple nights with the kids. The hot tub wasnt really hot, test it before you in. It was nice to have the breakfast every morning. Hotel staff was nice. Close enough to the boardwalk to walk.
