A stay at 20 South Battery is every reason you visit Charleston, SC. I have lived in Charleston, so I was going to cut my trip short as I have experienced the city, but decided to stay an extra leg of my trip, and stayed at 20 South Battery. I am so glad I did, as It reminded me of every reason why you want to visit and return to Charleston. 20 South Battery is an absolutely charming and magnificent mansion boutique hotel with an excellent staff. I stayed in the carriage house portion of the property next to a beautiful garden. The hotel offered a wine and cheese reception at night in one of its magnificent main rooms and a nice light breakfast in the morning. My room was airy, fully updated, and immaculate. And, again, the staff was excellent - helpful, polite, enthusiastic. I would highly recommend and would absolutely stay again. Everything was perfect! Thank you!
