Motagua, play their home games at Estadio Tiburcio Carias Andino. Iglesia de la Merced and Iglesia de San Francisco are also traveler favorites.

After you fly from Washington DC to Tegucigalpa, you can rent a car at Toncontin International Airport (TGU) or take a cab or bus into the city. The airport is located on the CA5 highway. Temperatures in Tegucigalpa are consistent through the seasons, and average lows and highs range between 60 and 80 degrees all year long. Easter Week is one of the biggest events of the year, so be sure to see the many processions downtown if you visit during this time.
