Free breakfast advertised was unavailable. Front desk was rude in their response. Premises unsafe as electrical plate within reach of small children are exposed. Front office claimed they sent hotel details like breakfast was unavailable but third party did not post while the breakfast area is featured in their own website.

This property is not cleaned up to standards at all! The towel smelled it seemed rundown and pool and amenities are closed so guest shouldn’t be charged for something they can’t use! What made me made the most is my room has a huge roach in the bed! My house doesn’t even have baby ones and I live in Florida! That is NASTY! When I complained about it the hotel did nothing until I called Expedia about it and they fixed for me! Sir find an exterminator!
