Had to move my room due to guests upstairs stomping on the floor on purpose once I complained. It was a horrible stay the first night and our first morning. Had to switch rooms and after had a great stay. All staff was great but was very disappointed to have to move 4 people to a new room with no elevator working that day.

All the staff were really nice. The property was clean and no weird smells. Our neighbors were really noise and the host took care of it right away.
