The hotel is great but they charged me for over night parking, supposedy validated my ticket but when i pulled out my car i had to pay again at the parking facility. They said I'm paid through 7pm and got my car at 4pm. I was double charged.

Staff is so nice and accommodating. Really fantastic people. The rooms are so tiny with basic amenities and noisy. Felt like a basement. Gym is NOT on property. They give you a pass to go to the local gym (5minutws walk). Was not happy about that.

Amazing hotel located at the center of Tel-aviv

We visited Tel Aviv for my partner's birthday. We decided to stay at The Vera Hotel because of the excellent reviews we read on various websites. Without a doubt, all the reviews are accurate. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff is wonderful. They took care of every question we had, and the breakfast was excellent. The rooms are very clean, and the rooftop is lovely. The hotel also offers free gym vouchers for its guests and yoga sessions on certain days; be sure to check the yoga schedule before visiting. Additionally, they provide free snacks, iced tea upon arrival, organic products, and complimentary wines. We borrowed bikes from the hotel (the hotel offers free bikes). The representative at the reception helped us immediately, was very nice, and took great care of us. The service we received was in English, so it felt special, as if we were visiting abroad (We live in Israel). Thank you very much for everything. It was excellent!
