Gorgeous clean and comfy
"A little bumpy at check in when we were charged more than the contracted Hotels.com price. Supervisor, David, fixed the problem the next day with a credit. Kudos. The property is beautiful. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Main pool, children’s pool, hot pool and an infinity pool. The gym is spacious and well stocked. Fresh ice water is available in the lobby always. We ate at the infinity poolside restaurant and the food was amazing. The beach is one block from the Hotel so not a big deal. Getting a beach chair is on a first come first serve basis, but if you get there early you will get chairs. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located walking distance to numerous stores, restaurants and cafes.
One issue we had was the noise emanating from the locals racing motorcycles on the street behind the hotel at all hours of the night. The local government needs to address that. "
