After a full day of travel, we checked in and headed straight to an event across the street. When we returned between 9-10 PM, we were looking forward to unwinding and watching TV. Unfortunately, the TV in our room was not functioning properly. It kept cutting out, pausing, and becoming pixelated. When I contacted the front desk, they offered to send maintenance at 10:30 PM, but that wasn’t a viable option at that hour. I ended up having to watch TV on my phone, which was far from ideal.
Additionally, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, resulting in one of the worst nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time. To make matters worse, we encountered a pile of vomit in one of the stairwells, which was both unsanitary and unpleasant.
This experience was deeply disappointing, especially after such a long and exhausting day. These issues have left me hesitant to return to The Centennial Hotel in the future, which is unfortunate as I had hoped for a more enjoyable stay.
