During our stay, both elevators were off service and while people were waiting in lines for elevator, not knowing it stopped working, no one came to help or investigate. After a while, a janitor came and said sorry they are not working and we need to use stairs. I am pregnant and that was huge inconvenience. It did not work following morning as well. But besides elevator, location is great, it was clean, small rooms but quiet.

The hotel is in a bad part of town. I and my wife did not feel safe going out at night. Way over priced in my opinion.

Rooms very clean, with conveniences. Safety a concern due to area and needed additional lock. Noisy on street, windows not insulated well. I paid for 2 rooms ahead of time, then a 3rd room change showed up after our stay.

We made a reservation with them for our ride from the airport to the hotel but no one showed up to pick us up!!! When I got to the hotel they said that the person in charge forgot to tell the driver about our arrival!!! The check in was slow and not to friendly also we requested a queen bed and we got a double bed 🙈🙈🙈

The hotel was centrally located and close to our ship terminal Love that that had shuttle service to pier and Airport which was reasonably price What would have been nice if they provided light breakfast Bagles croissants etc they did have coffee and water all day and night which was good
