The staff were absolutely amazing! They are the reason I’m giving such a great review! The room was upgraded and fine, the area in which the hotel is located is great to get to popular attractions but it did feel unsafe directly outside of the hotel (our view was of a homeless encampment). There was no continental breakfast which would’ve been a huge plus for my big family! The hotel has bikes for use free of charge which was really nice! But again the staff! Marky and Jamal were so great our entire stay!

This spot was perfect for walking to the hocky game and around Seattle. It was quiet and off the main hussle which gave it a very quaint and quiet city feel. The property is a little dated but everything is clean and well maintained. The view from the roof is phenomenal and I would highly recommend going up around sunset. There are many restaurants around in quick walking distance or public transport is readily available nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

During our stay, both elevators were off service and while people were waiting in lines for elevator, not knowing it stopped working, no one came to help or investigate. After a while, a janitor came and said sorry they are not working and we need to use stairs. I am pregnant and that was huge inconvenience. It did not work following morning as well. But besides elevator, location is great, it was clean, small rooms but quiet.

Went on a cruise out of Pier 66. Hotel picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the pier the next day! Very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. Would definitely recommend!

Property is old and dated. The carpets are a bit musty - the fresheners used don’t cover that up. The rooms also look tired. Elevators are terribly slow and jerky. Staff were great - friendly and helpful. Location is pretty good too.
