we were in a room with a handicap shower which was not happy with due to the water leaking onto the floor after taking a shower. I had to clean up the water with the towels provided to us. Not very happy about this. I completed to the front desk about this happening. Didn't bother to give us a discount off room price and didn't seem to care, because we were checking out. If I stay at the Renaissance Hotel I will request a non-handicap bathroom.

Very decent stay, nice hotel, well-located. I did find it expensive (over $10 to add a small piece of chicken to a caesar salad!) - may be that us Seattle prices, but I was surprised by the cost of food and drink,
