Front staff, breakfast staff and housekeeper are friendly and have good customer service. Love that the hotel entrance and even the elevator is secure and no one can enter without a key card. There was a notice to swipe our key card in order to go up to our floor and for some reason we missed reading it. 😂 Breakfast was a plus having a buffet breakfast compare to the other hotels.

It was a a nice hotel, it was just cumbersome to have to use key card to access just about everything. Air conditioner was loud and didn’t seem to hold a consistent temperature.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! Without even being asked they got my room ready early since I had a 5 hr gap between my flight arrival and typical check in time. The front desk staff was helpful with whatever was needed and the room and lobby were clean and welcoming! Thanks for a GREAT stay!
