SIX NIGHT REVIEW: Below is my review based on 6 consecutive nights: Positives: EXCELLENT service. The front staff were incredibly professional. Outstanding. Friendly, very professional in every aspect. That along is why I will always stay there. The price is excellent value. It's a renovated hotel, so don't expect 5 stat, but it's comfortable, and very good for its value. I'm happy to suggest to anyone I know I visiting Seattle. IMPROVEMENTS: I did NOT appreciate how they have a Kiosk for checking-in. After a 8 hour flight, baggage claim, taxi to the hotel, I DO NOT want to self check-in to a kiosk when a hotel front desk is RIGHT THERE. That is THEIR job. I observed so many guests having to navigate their check-in after being exhausted from traveling while a staff smiled and just watched. We're paying good money to stay at the hotel. I had to enter in all the information the hotel already has and even the machine spits out of keys. Frankly, it's INSULTING to a guest upon arrival. The staff didn't do anything. So, respectfully, I would ask management get rid of that machine. That's my ONLY complaint about the hotel. Other than that, excellent place.

If the website would state the building is over 100 years old it would explain the very very small rooms, ive walked inside bigger walkin closets. Besides the very small room the have, the staff is very pleasant and quick to reaolve any issues. Inwas moveed to a bigger room and enjoyed my visit to Seattle, thanks to the wonderful staff.

Great stay as always! The staff are so incredibly kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is great and valet parking is a major plus! If you’re wanting to stay in the downtown area this is a great hotel to do so.

The fact that doors are missing between suites in room 820 and one bathroom door does not have a lock on it. The room could use upgrades in furniture and decor.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 3 days. Before booking, I read all the reviews, which led me to avoid the front desk due to the negative feedback about their service. However, I did have to interact with them once when I requested housekeeping at 7 AM before heading out for the day. When I returned around 10 PM, the room hadn't been cleaned, which was quite disappointing. As someone who works in hospitality, it was clear that there was a lack of communication at this hotel. I went down to the front desk to request fresh towels, as I was leaving again, and encountered a staff member with her hair up and two strands in the front. She was rude and had an unwelcoming annoyed face, telling me they had already delivered the towels, even though I had been in the room and never received them. It was a bit strange. On a positive note, the valet and a short Hispanic woman at the front desk were both wonderful. The room itself was fine for sleeping and showering, but we spent most of our time exploring Seattle. Ultimately, I wouldn't return, as I wish I had spent a little more for better service. The staff here could really benefit from proper hospitality training.

The staff was amazing and so friendly. My car was impounded on the morning of checkout and the hotel showed me to check out 3 hours late and let me keep all my belongings up in my room until I was able to get my vehicle back and put my license into my own car. The room was clean, the hotel had a great winter aesthetic that was both warm and welcoming to this out of town traveler!

The room was perfect and the bed was perfect! Fyi- in addition to room rate, $50 for parking and $16 for breakfast. they charge a $150 deposit fee upon arrival. Unexpected!
