I paid for an ocean view and didn't get one. We were right next to the elevator and it was loud all day and all night. The bathroom was pathetic with a small triangle sink without any counter space, we had to take in a side table from another room. The pool was freezing cold. Finally the breakfast was disappointing.

If I would have known the hotel was outdated, tub didn't drain, toilet didn't flush without pulling handle up, salad for breakfast, cold pool, DJ for a New Year's party until 1AM yelling "Let's Go" outside our window every few mins, we would have NEVER Booked this hotel. My 9 year old was up with stomach issues from 1130pm-130am begging for the music to stop. I sent a message to Expedia this morning about the issues and they shared they called and the front desk said, the front desk shared it's "New Years" which all should have been expected. Expedia gave a $50 credit for a $450 room. This was the worst guest experience of my 750 stays in hotels.

Here's a possible review you could use: --- **Great Location and Affordable Stay** Stayed at this hotel during our trip to Waikiki and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is fantastic—very close to the beach, with plenty of ABC stores nearby for convenience. While the hotel itself is a bit old, it’s well-maintained and offers great value for the price. We booked a room with two beds and couldn’t upgrade to a king bed due to availability, but the staff was very kind and made an effort, which we appreciated. The room included a small working fridge, which was a nice touch. The continental breakfast was simple but sufficient: boiled eggs, fruit, and a few other options. It’s nothing fancy but enough to start the day and save a little on dining. Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable stay in Waikiki with a great location, this hotel is a solid choice

We loved how safe and close to the beach we were at a reasonable price. We have stayed at other hotels near by but enjoyed the more casual feel. We liked that this smaller hotel was less busy. Conveniences like breakfast and laundry made our stay easier with kids. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Thank you for a great stay.

The property feels a little older and outdated. While it seemed fairly clean, the older carpets and wall paint made it feel dingy in some parts of the hotel. The bed in our room was comfortable, and we had a fantastic view.
