The rooms appeared clean, but the hallways were just filthy. The beds were old and worn out. We got bumped off our flight and needed a place to stay for a few hours. They did provide shuttle service, which was helpful. There is no way I would have stayed there for more than a few hours. If you've watched Schitt's Creek....this is what you're getting.

We were put in the back building so it was quite a walk from the main lobby but we like how the hotel is a walk away to a Starbucks, McDonalds, L&L & others. Free shuttle to and from the airport. The service in the dining area took a long time but there was only 1 waitress. I would choose this hotel again.

Two things to be aware of: 1. Rooms that face the highway are extremely loud, try to get a room facing the inner parking lots if possible. 2. Cleanliness may be an issue, I found a small cockroach in the room, and I notice a few other reviews have discussed roaches.

Mostly good, a little bad

Most of the stay was quite pleasant. The one glaring failure was when I tried to make a purchase at the hotel shop and the register failed. The shopkeeper tried for 20 minutes to bring the register online to no avail. It was an example of poor customer service.

Staff were friendly, room had a fridge, microwave and little coffee pot. The pool area looked amazing. Breakfast didn't come with booking the hotel but the servings were very generous at the onsite restaurant.
