"Excellent security service..I had left my gift bag on the floor by the machine I had been playing ...went to another machine when I realized I didn't pick up my bag I went bag to the machine I had been playing...it was gone...went to security desk let them know in case anyone turned it in...it was within 15 min the security lady brought me my gift bag I had ..and nothing was missing in it...very greatful for her to had looked around and found it...and the casino was fun for our group...recommend the resort,"

"The house was fantastic. The only issues were, the dishwasher did not work, the Dart board and video game did not work.(I see several other reviews stating the same things) There were no directions on how to use any of the games or the hot tub. A book with instructions would be a nice thing to have. And the covers for the outdoor furniture were all wet, so we couldn't sit out there, which was a bummer. Trying to contact the Vacasa property manager with questions was a bit difficult. We had to go to the Vacasa website and got stuck in a big loop. But that is NOT the property owners fault. Despite all that, the house was wonderful, comfy, cozy, and perfect for our stay. We would LOVE to come again. Hopefully, all those issues will be fixed by then. ."
