Was a great stay. Clean rooms. Wish it had more food options, but the drink options were great. Loved the bar in the hotel. The pool & spa were a huge selling point for our family. Staff were so kind & accommodating. Will definitely stay again!

Had an overall great stay, hotel was a close walk to 4th ave with lots of great places around, however the area is very sketchy. The entire time there was a homeless woman sitting on the bench outside of main lobby, and on the corner of the parking lot various junkies/homeless were always hanging out at all hours of the day and night. Did not trust parking my vehicle here, and of course it is up to you to make sure your vehicle is completely empty and you are responsible for any theft or damage, rather than having the hotel ensure your goods are safe and will be protected when the parking lot is directly outside where the front desk is. That being said nothing bad happened, and there was a friendly security guard on duty in the lobby at night. We found a small, curly hair in the shower upon arrival..and the shower was quite old with low water pressure, you also had to get inside the shower when turning it on so the water will hit you without being able to adjust the temperature first. Room overall was great though, comfy bed, staff was friendly and I would stay here again if I needed to be close to this area.

The hotel was fine, could use some deep cleaning, especially in the bathroom/shower area. The area around the hotel is horrible, tent cities a block away, wandering, tweaking, drug addicts at every turn. Tried to go out to dinner and felt so unsafe and uncomfortable that we turned around and just ordered pizza to our room. The hotel staff was helpful and pleasant, breakfast was excellent .

Hotel was fairly old and needed a deep clean. In the morning I woke up with a cockroach in bed. It oddly also smelled of cigarettes in the lobby. Bed was comfortable, it seemed safe, but could use a good upgrade

Breakfast in the morning is great, especially for a family! It wasn’t as high quality feeling as I would’ve expected for the price. We were in an accessible room, the shower water on the same level as ground so the whole bathroom would get wet when someone showered. Seems like a fall risk. Outlets and other things could use upgrading. The power went out for 2 hours, which wasn’t their fault but that meant the hot tub was out for the night:(

This place is a little spendy but the location is nice it you're going to be downtown walking. The rooms are huge and clean. The showers suck bad the door opens from the wrong side and there is no way to turn on the water without getting basted by the cold water first.
