We had about a 90 minute fire alarm from 6-7:30 AM but can’t blame that on anyone, to my knowledge. Also, no drinking water to be found outside of bottled. There are no water fountains, carafes, nor dispensers—only plastic and you have to ask housekeeping for it. Otherwise, everything was lovely.

Your website sucks. Books two bed room close to airport. Website refeshed and changed the dates. book another room for a different hotel close to airport. Your website moved it to downtown toronto. Needless to say i paid over 1000 just to sleep on a airport chair. I am told i will not get any refunds. This was by far the worst experience ever and wouldnt recomend anyone to use your site. If you refund my money back or give me credit towards a stay another time in the future.
