Very nice property and very convenient with the casino right there with tons of restaurants and shops. Only thing I did not like is parking was limited and very costly.

Great stay at the Hilton, our room had a view of the US and Canadian falls. Great to see it lit up at night, very beautiful. Hilton's location is very convenient, several really good restaurants right in the Hilton for dinner and breakfast options. Conventient to walk down to the falls walkway, close the casino across the road. Great location. Facilities are very very clean, everyone was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here if you come to see the Falls.

Reserved 2 bedrooms premium Fallsview suite but one of the bedrooms has no doors so no privacy, talked to front desk and guest services but couldn’t accommodate us to 2 separate rooms ( I had to pay for the suite and the room) . At 145 am the fire alarms in the suite was so loud and no one was telling us what was happening. People went downstairs and some outside their rooms, it went on for more than an hour. Could not sleep afterwards.Parking expensive but you can park for $20 next to Holiday Inn overnight ( safe).

We stayed in a 2 bedroom. Weird setup. Had 1 bathroom with a giant tub in it that was a total waste of space. Would've preferred 2 bathrooms. We stayed for 3 nights. They only came and replaced towels once. The room was a little dated and could've been cleaner. Dresser drawers wouldn't stay closed. We had to put a wedge under them. Spyce Lounge downstairs was great. Bands were great; service was excellent; waitresses were friendly and pleasant. Parking was a ripoff, but I think it's that way everywhere in the area.

I went there on my birthday. We had plan to stay for a night but we really liked this property so there we decided to extend our stay for one more day. The best part was we had to change the room for second day but we asked from manager and he helped us to get that similar room. The room I got was on 41st floor with Fallsview, it was actually looking like a heaven.

Our “View of the Falls” room was a tiny window looking into another hotel tower, and to the left, was a small view of the Horseshoe Falls. The bed was uncomfortable, and my husband & I both woke up with backaches. The a/c was loud, which made my husband’s tinnitus flare up. I would not stay here again. On the upside, the staff was polite and helpful.

The hotel was OK the restaurants inside the tower OK the parking for the hotel sucks as if you don’t get there early enough you have to park off site and offsite parking is way far away and they charge way too much for it

Great hotel for families. Two bedroom suites available. Great staff, easy check in and central to all the attractions. About a 10 minute walk to Lundy’s lane, and a 5 minute walk to the falls and casino right infront of hotel. Perfect spot.

Should not advertise room as city view when a wall is all you can see. Room 1650. Very disappointed in that part. If view is obstructed, it should so noted.
