I don't know what detergent is used on the sheets, but we each ended up with rashes on our legs and elbows. My best friend and I slept in separate beds with the same results.

STAY Jan.9.2025 – Jan.11.2025 Check-in was seamless. The staff at the counter (FEMALE) was amazing. The Concierge who assisted with the bags/luggage cart seemed a little un-interested. It was as if we were bothering him. The shuttle drivers were outstanding! There was one female parking attendant on our last day that was very unprofessional in conversations about vehicles speeding underground. She totally dismissed two other vehicles that blew past her and parked, but addressed our driver that parked closer to her, he indicated he was not speeding as he just crossed over the 'speed bump'. The accommodations were not what we expected, the view was 'not' what was advertised. The heat in the room was constantly turning on and off and the temperature in the suite was unbearable. We called to ask for another room and was told 'someone will follow-up' and no one ever did. Could I kindly have someone reach out to me regarding this stay.

Overall sale was 4 out of 5 but the big thing they disappointed us was the parking it was extremely expensive $45 per day, including taxes so if you’re staying for two or three or four days, you can expect a pretty hefty bill.
