I don't know what detergent is used on the sheets, but we each ended up with rashes on our legs and elbows. My best friend and I slept in separate beds with the same results.

The rooms were spacious. Everything was as advertised, except the breakfast was not included like i thought it was. But the views are impeccable. No complaints whatsoever.

Worse Hilton stay

We arrive around 6pm and found one bed to bed broken and room to be too hot. We were unable to adjust air. We called front desk reported issues and we told they would fix. We went out and returned after 1am room steaming hot and bed was never fixed. Called again and ended up having to change rooms. We were exhausted and had to pack and move. The next am when showering there was no body wash and the shower door leaked, the bathroom was soaked. We spoke to front desk, they apologized and said we’d some Kind of credit. We have not.

It took us over 45 min to check in. When we checked in, our rooms were not even together- which we needed as we have kids. Then when we called to ask to be placed together, they said they were full and couldn’t do anything. This has been a horrible experience. We would really appreciate a call about this.

New lobby and elevator, room

The room was depressing. Old kicked around furniture. The couch was derelict and disgusting. The view was as advertised. Multiple texts from the property asking how things are going, but dont really matter much when they do nothing. I guess all the rooms are the same since they didt offer another room. They did mention that they are going to renovate which does not matter for the present time. They eventually gave a small credit. Dissappointing for 500 a night. We were surprised by the condition of the room based on the beautiful lobby and elevator area. We dont sleep there though.

Wasn’t very happy with our stay unfortunately. We booked a 2 queen room with a falls view. When we arrived at the unit. The cable box wouldn’t allow us to access their menu therefore restricting our access to information and streaming. The unit was also exceptionally hot. It was busy so maybe a lot of people accessing services… but the room just wouldn’t cool (in winter) and even opening the window vent didn’t help. The hvac didn’t push air very well in the unit. It was 81F all night. A lot of ceiling repairs have been previously made on the stucko ceiling. Washroom was okay. Not clean but not dirty. Sad to see this was one of the higher ranked hotels in Niagara Fallsview Area.
