For an 8 night stay there was only a partial box of Kleenex and a partial roll of toilet paper, no extras. The privacy door lock was broken. There is something in the fridge covered in mold. Clearly the fridge has not been cleaned in a long time. The towels were torn and frayed, LONG overdue for replacement. My door key did not work THREE times. I've stayed in this hotel a minimum of 20 times. It used to be a 5-star. It's now a 2-star and I'm being generous

When I arrived, I found out that the restaurants were closed for a business party. This was very disappointing to not know in advance. Also, it says that there is a minibar in the room and there wasnt. The tv was not working and I couldnt reach the front desk because the employee was at the party.

Overall it is good. It is a vacation hotel with many activities, especially in Summer, for both adults and kids. Recommended for families. A couple of places to improve: provide response to left msgs, clean corners in the room, fix broken balcony door. Tips to other tourists: go to the town for foods, better and cheaper.
