The hotel is older, but nicely maintained. The room was clean and spacious. We had a queen view of the falls. The balcony was not a step out balcony, but you could get fresh air.The staff was very friendly. We used valet parking and they were very quick about getting our vehicle. We did not eat at the hotel.

Very pleased with this choice in hotel at Niagara, ON. The view was spectacular. The room was incredibly clean. We loved the outdoor pool. It was convenient to the sites/destinations we had on our itinerary. The staff and concierge were particularly helpful. The firework work every night from the comfort of our own room was a bonus!

Great location, we had a park view room floor 3 which meant we could see the American falls and Cliftonville. It’s a lively place that’s still going strong past midnight so if you want peace and quiet don’t go for the cliftonville view. Lots of things to do and see, the wego bus is fabulous and cheap, hotel gives yiub2 free tickets. Lifts are hit and miss, you can wait ages. View from restaurant and pool area is fab. Breakfast was good too.

Overall, great hotel. But the parking can be expensive whether you do the valet or the daily option. Spa was not so great. The steam room look too basic and small so was the sauna. The rooms that faced the falls were very nice, but my floor which was the 20 floor was very cold. I did enjoy my stay overall!

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Was able to push my check out by a half hour. Room was clean and very spacious. Cleaning staff always said hi when they saw you in the halls. Would definitely recommend a stay here
