Very close to a trolley stop for the free shuttle that goes by the Port of Tampa and downtown. The hotel cafe had the BEST cold brew coffee and chai latte. We did not try the restaurant but the staff was friendly and fun!

Great property. It was crowded as 2 wedding partys were going on so impossible to use the pool. However, the pool area looked beautiful

This is a dog hotel and the smell precedes itself. The culinary options one star - spirits would be three but they throw the ice scoop atop the ice and the thoughts of cross contamination prevented my from finishing my drinks. *the ick was worsened by the female bartender constantly scratching her head, hair everywhere and touching everything wearing pimple patches to work with a staunch attitude was just eww. The atmosphere is a vibe but would never go back bc of this unprofessionalism.

Cute hotel. Love the layout and spaciousness. The huge bathroom and shower were my fave. The balcony is small but my boyfriend took the desk chair out there. The king size bed was large and comfy. They also allowed us to have a late checkout with no fee. The young lady at the front desk gave me Recs for their nightlife. Great customer service.

Beautiful hotel and great staff-it can get crazy loud at night with drag car races outside on the weekends. With this in mind, the area is amazing and has the Ybor City Historic touch with great bars, restaurants (pass on Carmines and Akropolis) but defintely try COLUMBIA (absolutely stellar for lunch or dinner). Blind tiger is great coffeehouse. You will get a kick out of the chickens and roosters that roam the neighborhood too-you dont need an alarm clock, the roosters will wake you up too. The hotel has a nice gym and pool. Be sure to confirm your reservation or they may give away your room-they did so for us , but more than made up for this mistake.

Staff was very friendly and always more than happy to serve and do their best to make the stay enjoyable. The hallways had a funky stale smell. The area around the Hotel was rather depressing as many of the buildings are in desperate need of a revitalization. Hopefully in time it’ll be restored and energized!

My boyfriend & I were honestly blown away & beyond pleased with our stay. Everything was clean & stunning. Even the wild roosters & hens made the stay even more special (serious animal lover here). It’s close to so many cigar shops, restaurants & bars. For a night out, we just had to walk a block away & there’s so many fun bars to go to. The hotel is very historic with a lot of culture. We loved it & will definitely be staying again & recommending to everyone we know! Thanks so much to everyone at Haya!

The check in process took over 20 minutes at 1130pm. There is no option for parking other than valet and only one person working so that took another 20 minutes. The room was cold but also wet feeling. There was a wedding party and lots of drunk people around being loud and rude.

The property was gorgeous and clean. I stayed here for a few days while I attended a conference downtown. The location is walkable to lots of restaurants and bars and a very short drive to the downtown Marina area. They have a lovely coffee shop in the lobby with delicious grab-and-go breakfast options. Also, the restaurant within the hotel is delicious. Didn't have a bad meal once. The rooms are spotless and well stocked with everything you would need. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this property for a few days and I wish it would say somewhere on their website that parking at their location is $35 for each overnight. It is by downtown so anywhere you park, you will have to pay, but coming from out of town I didn’t know it would be so expensive. My room and bathroom were very clean and well kept. Staff was nice and accommodating. My room was on the 4th floor facing the pool so very quiet, however my room never went higher than 67 degrees and it was freezing in my room. I tried putting the ac up to 75 degrees and it never even made it to 70 in my whole stay there so had to get extra blankets. Overall this was a nice, clean, well kept hotel and I loved the coffee shop on the first floor! Coffee is great and the girls at the coffee shop have great customer service! Thank you

Business event. Hotel is beautiful but certain details overlooked. No where convenient to get ice. The ceiling in the room is unfinished drywall! I mean seriously. Hotel staff doesn’t go out of their way to help. Each time I was loading in and loading out our luggage a fellow guest held the door for us while valets stood nearby.
