Very close to a trolley stop for the free shuttle that goes by the Port of Tampa and downtown. The hotel cafe had the BEST cold brew coffee and chai latte. We did not try the restaurant but the staff was friendly and fun!

Everything was great, would be all 5 stars if it weren’t for the in room breakfast not being available day 3 because “they didn’t have the papers” and then charging the in room items to the wrong card after I asked multiple times, and specified which I wanted charged.

Loved the aesthetic of the hotel overall. Very New Orleans type of feel. Front desk and valet staff were amazing with customer service. Only downside was television inside room not having good quality screen display (partially dark).

spacious room, clean, staff is friendly, cafe and lounge have good coffee, pastries and food. Charming hotel. however we couldn’t sleep. we could hear people talking from the hallways, from the street, cars, trucks, every noise from the street throughout the night. couldn’t sleep at all due to it being so noisy.

When we arrived our room temp was 56 degrees and we had to turn off the A/C…the room was pretty chilly the entire stay. Would have liked an ice machine nearby instead of calling the front desk and there wasn’t a desk chair in the room…staff was exceptionally gracious from the valet experience on…a nice classy touch to Ybor City
