This is not a 4* hotel, maybe 20 years ago but not now. The prices are way too high, I would give this hotel 2* at best. The rooms are old and not well maintained, we could hear every time the room above us flushed the toilet. The only good thing was a Starbucks in the lobby. Would not recommend staying here and I will not be staying again.

The valet entry was very easy to find and get sorted, check in was great, and this hotel is in a great location walkable distance to Amalie Arena. It is a very nice hotel with a luxury feel.
