Shower was broke and wasnt working. Ants on coffee pot and table. Staff never offered me any discount. They said they will note it and give it to manager to handle. No one ever handled it. . Wont go back

Had to change rooms because the first room the carpet was soaked. The second room toilet was not working and the A/C had a mind of its own. Either you freeze or you sweat as the thermostat was not working. Then they charged my credit card without my authorization or knowledge that I had to pay for parking. Terrible experience. Do not recommend, not worth the price the rooms should be $79 a night.

Room was very musty no hot water in the shower a/c filter was filthy dirty, and the room never really got cold. (not even at night) alot of money for that stay.

The propert was amazing and the staff was awsome. The only complaint was the bed was super hard and the pillows were super small and soft. It was a really was a bad night sleep for my wife and myself. I would recommendbringing your own pillows.

When we arrived and checked in. In the room found popcorn on the floor and what appeared to be blood stains on the shower curtain. Took an hour to get another shower curtain.

Great location for Busch Gardens. Close to restaurants, gas stations and they have a shuttle that takes you to shopping and park within a 3 mile radius of hotel

Had a terrible experience at the Embassy by USF! Me and my family got in late on Friday and was given a room. When we get to the room, the room was warm/hot, so we put the AC on and it made terrible noise. We wait a while to see if the room starts getting cooler and if the noise would go away, but it did not. My kids fell asleep, so I walked down to the reception desk and ask to be moved to another room, which they did. The new room given to us was also very warm, but at this point it is already past 1am and I am not going to wake up my kids again. Absolutely terrible experience and we will no longer go to any Hilton chain hotels.

I love the property looks and front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't like that I found left over food and drinks from the last customers in the fridge. Cleaning people has to be more careful.

Lots of Potential

Our first room had mold on the walls but we were able to get the room changed with no issues. The room we were moved to was ok, but the the rooms are due to be remodeled. There was no door knob on the bedroom door, the couch had stains, the faucet was dripping, the paint on the toilet seat was stripping and when flushed the sink drain would bubble and the a/c was not working properly. The front desk was always so professional and very nice. The hotel has so much potential but needs some tlc.

All the employees are very polite and attentive, I felt safe and comfortable with my kids, so close to my destination to Busch gardens, a little over my budget but will recommend this, also very spacious just what we needed!
