What a home!!!
This house was amazing! 2 pools, 1 was 9 1/2 deep and the other was 3.5-6.5 feet. Beds were all very comfortable. The views of sunset each night were stunning! The owners were also very very helpful with arranging a person for transportation and very easy to work with. They arranged a dinner to be made for us on the night of arrival and that was amazing as well!!! 6 stars out of 5!!!! We will come back!!

Villa Beachcliff -- Everything you could hope for and more
From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew we were in for a fantastic week. Rick and Karen are incredibly gracious hosts and were responsive to our every question and need. Villa Beachcliff was the perfect retreat for our crew of 7, ranging in age from mid 40s to 80. It was so perfect that we were content to spend much of our time in one of the pools or curled up in a breezy corner of our own with a good book. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to create meals with local ingredients and there was a perfect-sized table on the porch for us to enjoy them together and engage in after dinner conversation or games. There is also plenty of space for a random dance party. I especially recommend the upper deck facing the Caribbean for all day breezes and gorgeous sunsets. Water shoes are necessary to fully enjoy the beautiful rocky beach at the base of the property. We took a ride to the Belmont Estate for the chocolate tour and buffet, had a fantastic lunch at the Aquarium Beach Bar, and took in some local beer and breakfast at the West Indies Beer Company. All were worth the trip. We rented cars through Rick and Karen from Parkey -- Ray was so great to work with and the cars were in excellent condition! In sum, Villa Beachcliff is a fantastic location with plenty of space to be together and apart and all the amenities you need. Thank you so much, Rick and Karen, for the obvious care you take to make stays at Villa Beachcliff so special!

Great Holiday In Grenada
What a wonderful holiday we had in Grenada and especially staying at Villa Beachcliff. My wife and I, two children and their spouses and three grandchildren (ages 20, 17 and 15), just spent 11 great days at Villa Beachcliff. The property is what is advertised, no doctored photos. It is great. We especially enjoyed the two pools and the great views. The facility was first rate and Rick and Karen were great hosts. If we had questions or issues they responded promptly, not only about the property but attractions and dining options. Though I never really got use to the stones on the shower floor (you have to rent the place to find out what I am referring to). As for Grenada, the people were wonderful, the food was great and we especially enjoyed the all day island tour and an all day snorkel tour. We also spent a lot of time just touring the island by ourselves and also a lot of beach time. If you have never been to Grenada....GO. It is safe, inviting and friendly. And if you want to stay in a great Villa with plenty of space, not a cramped hotel. You will not go wrong by staying at Villa Beachcliff.

Family Vacation back to Grenada
We stayed at Villa Beach Cliff with our adult kids for a trip back to Grenada. We had gone to school and lived there 28 years ago. Rick and Kathy were gracious hosts and met us when we checked in. Their home was perfect for our family of 6. we enjoyed the pools in the afternoon after a day out around Grenada. Our favorite family hang out was the top deck. The breezes from the Atlantic were refreshing for morning coffee or evening wine. The sunset views were stunning. With the help of Rick and Kathy we brought Chef Kim and his wife Stacey in for 2 dinners. The meals were delicious and they were so professional. They cooked, served and cleaned which was much appreciated. The bedrooms have AC but the living area does not. They have fans but we spent most of our time on the top deck for the views and ocean breezes. The house has beach access to a more rocky beach. We went to the University Club and kayaked around the bay to more sandy beaches. We also liked the neighborhood feel and took lots of walks in the mornings. Rick and Kathy also help us secure a rental car which was convenient for trips to the beaches and diving around island. We also had a masseuse come to the house which we got the recommendation from Rick and Kathy. She was excellent and did a wonderful massage. All in all it was the most perfect backdrop to a family vacation and reunion back to Grenada.

Our daughter is a student at SGU & we were moving her home.She was coming from the college & us from NYS. It was conveinent for her, easy for us-airport is close,grocery delivery was right on time as was our airport pickup which both were coordinated with Rick. Our party came in batches of 3 so Rick had 3 rounds of Rum Punch prepared! He gave us a tour of the place & how it all worked. It was just GREAT! We enjoyed the pools,a chef's dinner, beds were comfy cozy & rooms cool for sleeping. It was wonderful - can't wait to go back!! Della L

You don't want to miss this place!
This place is basically a private resort with something for everyone! Rick arranged to have us picked up from the airport and had our rental cars waiting for us at the house. He greeted us at the house to show us around and welcome us with a cocktail! There were nine of us ranging in age from 12-50 there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have privacy when needed. The place itself was beautiful, we spent many mornings on the upper patio having coffee and watching rainbows form in the distance. Rick and Karen were the ultimate hosts arranging for everything we needed from a chef bringing in fresh fish and preparing it for us to cook to a tour of the local sites, a private catamaran tour and even a van to take us to dinner one night. They were always available and friendly when we interacted with them. So glad we got the opportunity to stay here, it's certainly a vacation that will last a lifetime!

Wonderful stay
Rick was the most helpful and communicative- making the traveling and planning process as convenient and easy as possible. He had all of our excursions set up for us with excellent recommendations. The Villa accommodated our group of 8 (4 couples) perfectly with individual suites. The sunsets were our favorite- especially when we had Chef Kim preparing dinner for us. Snorkeling excursion was a blast- we saw turtles, eagle ray, underwater sculpture park, eels, and plenty more. The day trip around Grenada with Andy was an unforgettable experience and helped us appreciate the island culture even more. Our favorite beach was BBC- the fish tacos & fries at Plywood were so yummy! The Villa manager was very responsive and assisted with our power issues promptly. Would recommend Villa Beachcliff to everyone!

Beautiful Grenada Villa
Rick was a wonderful host. We requested a last minute change to the nights we were staying and he was able to accommodate. Great communication from the host and the house manager Cheryl. A Grenadian Treat
Villa Beachcliff is an ideal spot for a family vacation! What can be more perfect than spacious rooms, tropical vegetation, 2 pools, and cooling breezes with the Atlantic at your front door and the Caribbean at your back door? Ours was a 3 generation (10 people) gathering for our 50th Anniversary, and we were all extremely happy with the villa and its superb location. There are large areas to gather as a group, and smaller areas for less togetherness. The children (ages 6-11) spent many hours in the pools! The adults often enjoyed the breezes from The Lookout. If you are coming to Grenada, this is the villa for you! I cannot praise enough the help, the attention to detail, and the prompt communication received from the owners. They take great pride in their villa and are wonderful hosts. In addition to answering many questions, Rick helped us arrange for transportation (car rental and airport transfers), helped us schedule two wonderful dinners prepared by Chef Kim and his wife Stacey, and gave us lots of excellent tips on tours, beaches, and meals at restaurants and at the nearby University Club, which serves excellent food. Rick and Karen also pre-stocked the villa for us, which was a big help. Additional information for travelers: We found that the mosquito situation on Grenada was much better than on Virgin Gorda and Turks and Caicos, and recommend "Incognito" spray, which can be found on Amazon. There were few mosquitoes in the house itself. 10 people can easily eat either in the indoor dining room in the front or on the covered back terrace. The villa has mid-week maid service and a washer and dryer for your use. There is no dishwasher due to the kitchen layout, but that should not deter anyone from coming. Enjoy!

Perfect getaway!
Rick and Karen's place is absolutely stunning. The pictures here almost do it no justice. From the instant I walked in I was blown away by the beauty of this place. You will be surrounded by two oceans, one on each side of the house, so when you step up to one of the few rooftop views, you just experience the most exhilarating breeze and stunning views of the island. I came here with 11 of my friends and not only did it sleep each of us comfortably, we each had our own privacy and peace of mind. Rick and Karen were wonderful hosts, very quick to respond to my questions and inquiries, and helped me organize a catamaran for 20+ people, a dune buggy tour through Annandale waterfall, and helped us with set-up a chef who cooked dinner for all of us. Truly an amazing experience! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to travel with a large group of friends. At times we did not even want to leave the house. Staying in alone will provide a ton of entertainment and relaxation!

A perfect week!
Do yourself a favor and book this property. Everything about the experience with Rick and Karen was smooth. Our group of 10 enjoyed our week at Villa Beachcliff immensely. Rick arranged for transport, a private dinner with Chef Kim, and a wonderful island tour. If you're looking for a place to stay in Grenada, I would say too look no further. Perfect Dream House
This is a perfect and dreamy place to spend a Grenada vacation. It has everything you could ever ask for and is in an ideal setting. The property is immaculate and well stocked with everything that you need for an ideal stay. Rick is a fantastic and gracious host--he was incredibly communicative the entire time and perfectly prepared for pretty much everything. Rick helped take much of the stress out of planning a fairly large family vacation. I would absolutely return here without a second's hesitation. The only thing I would mention in terms of a disclosure, is that the property is not perfectly situated for older folks. My parents, who aren't super mobile, had some difficulty accessing some parts of the property given that there are a lot of stairs. That said, there are a lot of stairs because there is a lot to see and do on this property! This place has my highest recommendation.

Absolutely Amazing Host, Property and Location.
Rick was there to pick us up from the boat @ Prickly Bay Marina. Karen had Rum Punch's at the ready upon arrival, and it just got better from that point on. We couldn't believe that we had so much in common, and being fellow Canadians that our paths didn't cross earlier in life. We even lived in the same Ontario town at one point. There was more than enough room for our group of six to get lost in, and to Lime in various locations within the property, whether at the beach, one of the two pools or just hanging out in the Gazebo with the constant steady trade-wind breeze is blowing through. Chef Kim came in and prepared us an amazing dinner the first night, although some were a little queezy, and unsteady at first regaining their landlubber legs from our passed week of sailing. (Rum Punches could have also been a contributing factor) Rick arranged, and accompanied us on a full day island tour for our group. We visited a Rum Distillery, The Spice Store, A local venue for an island lunch, as well as the Jouvay Chocolate factory. Our driver Andy was an Encyclopedia of knowledge, and took great pride in explaining his island's culture, history, and points of interest of his lush island paradise. Villa Beachcliff is truly a diamond in the rough, be prepared to enjoy the serenity the place has to offer. Dinning and Entertainment is just a short 10 minute walk away. Rick and Karen are defiantly superior host, making you feel so comfortable that your stay is similar to bunking in at a family gathering, and for us,..... three days was just not enough time. A return visit is defiantly a work in progress, and is currently in the planning stages. Until We Meet Again !..... Thank You. Cheers. The Crazy Canucks.

What a Find! Loved Our Stay!
We couldn’t have known that we would be escaping the bomb cyclone in Colorado, but, good fortune was ours in many ways with our wonderful stay at Villa Beachcliff! Our family of three was immensely comfortable and relaxed in this beautiful, safe, well equipped property with breathtaking views! Everything we needed was within fifteen minutes of this lovely property...airport, grocery store, excellent dining, beautiful beaches, entertainment! Rick and Karen were wonderful hosts and the staff that kept things fresh could not have been nicer. We loved the two pools, private beach and multiple games available around the home. Now, to gather our friends and family and return!

The best kept secret
Enchanting, breezy, tranquil hideaway with 5500 sq ft of comfortable living. Great for families, great for groups of friends. Hosts are 100% at your service. Seeing The sunrises and sunsets from your multiple verandas is what makes all your stress melt away. This is an absolute gem. We can’t stay anywhere else.

Villa Beachcliff is everything you see and read online and more. Our family of 8 was delighted with our stay at Villa Beachcliff. It is like being tucked away in a tropical paradise! The views are fantastic with a constant cooling breeze. The décor and rooms are lovely and every amenity you could want is provided. Karen and Rick were the most delightful hosts we have ever had in the 20 years we have been renting villas. Beachcliff is located on a beautiful, quiet road that was great for taking our morning walks and conveniently located near great restaurants and shopping. And we cant say enough about the friendly people of Grenada... warm, inviting and helpful. It was truly one of our favorite vacations!!

Beautiful property! Ocean views from almost every room!
Very large, beautiful home that was ideal for our family! While we were very comfortable just hanging out at the house in one of the many seating/lounging areas , when we did venture out, we found many nice restaurants, beaches and shopping within a 10-15 minute drive. Owners Rick and Karen are so kind and extremely accommodating. They helped plan our stay with suggestions of things to do and even picked us up from the airport. Would highly recommend this house and a visit to Grenada!

AMAZING VACATION!!!!! Trip of a lifetime for my family.
Staying at the Villa Beachcliff was a trip like no other!!! The accommodations were beautiful and the hosts Rick and Karen were extremely attentive and very friendly. This was a family vacation with 5 siblings and spouses. There was lots of room and we did not feel crowded at all. We recieved some great recommendations from our hosts for places to see and dine at, they did not disappoint! We can't wait to be able to go back and experience this villa and beautiful Island again! Thank you Rick and Karen for making this a trip of a lifetime for my family!! ❤️

Fantastic accommodations, views, and customer service.
Villa beach cliff was just an amazing place to stay. The accommodations were excellent and we got sunsets on the Caribbean Sea and sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean. The house is designed to maximize all the views and the breeze. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely do it again. Rick and Karen, the proprietors, were also incredibly accommodating and focused on ensuring our stay was excellent. It was a delight. Highly recommended.
