I did not like this hotel. They don’t even offer you water in the room at least a couple of bottles would be great. Breakfast has an additional charge. Cleaning of the room did not happen we had to go to the front desk and ask for new towels and toilet paper. Bathroom is not very convenient. I prefer Marriott or Hyatt but due to the holidays this was the only one we found

Poor Service and Unauthorized Charges

I had a disappointing stay at Hilton. Customer service was poor – no one answered the phone when I needed assistance. The bathroom lacked basic essentials like shampoo and body wash. To make matters worse, they charged my credit card extra without any notice or authorization. Definitely not the experience I expected.

Served its purpose.

Rooms were a bit drab, felt as if I were in a hospital. Was going to ask for a different room, looked online, all rooms decorated as such. The bed smelled of body odor and uncomfortable as was the floor dirty which showed up on my feet. Fitness center had a broken peloton bike, could not use. We did not partake in the breakfast, it smelled delicious, we opted elsewhere. The snack area was neat and they had a lot of choices not only of snacks but drinks and alcohol as well. The hotel served its purpose for its price. Would most likely not stay again.

It’ll do but I wouldn’t go back

The check in experience was odd and lackluster. The guy made weird jokes under his breath and wasn’t too friendly during the process. I remember him saying: um yea, welcome I guess. Enjoy your stay. None of the workers were too friendly actually. The room was average. Spacious. There was spots of red in the shower, depicting bacteria. Other than that, the room appeared clean. Comfy beds. Close to the water. Cheapest price I found in the area that wasn’t a motel
